Delivery Date Requests
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Please note that all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from Durbanville, Cape Town (7550) on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery durations are estimates only and depend on courier partner service levels, routing, and destination, and typically range between 1–4 business days within South Africa.

International Shipping Disclaimer
SA Biltong does not offer standard international shipping.
International orders may only be considered by prior written arrangement and must be approved, signed off, and paid in full before any order is processed or dispatched.
All customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related charges are the full responsibility of the buyer.
SA Biltong reserves the right to decline any international order at its sole discretion.
Shipping Terms & Liability
Once an order has been dispatched:

SA Biltong uses The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers as courier partners, and delivery timelines are subject to their operational terms and service levels.

Courier delivery durations are estimates only and may range between 1–4 business days, depending on destination and courier routing.

SA Biltong is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or misplaced shipments caused by courier partners.

Delivery is deemed complete once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels where delivery has been confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Any claims for lost, delayed, damaged, or mis-delivered parcels must be submitted directly to the courier in accordance with their policies.

We reserve the right for delivery timing to change from time to time due to courier partner delays outside of our control.

Overnight or express delivery does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours and applies to the next business day only.
Customers are encouraged to review the courier partners’ official terms and conditions for further delivery information.
Returns & Exchange Shipping Costs
If a return or exchange is approved, shipping costs will be charged separately as follows:

Gauteng: R200 per box

Rest of South Africa: R200 per box
These fees apply per return, exchange, or refund shipment.
