An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and acceptance has been communicated. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellations after confirmation.
All returns, refunds, or exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy [LINK].
Purchases are intended for personal or household use only and may not be resold without our prior written consent.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

SA Biltong is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly between you and SA Biltong. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through this store.

Because our store is hosted on Shopify, certain information is also processed by Shopify and its service providers, which may be located outside South Africa.
